Concertgoers can make a contribution to a freewill offering in support of the church.

Join in, whenever you can, with our noon hour hockey pick up program.  Always a different group of people, always a lot of fun. this is a drop in shinny program that is open to anyone 16 years of age and older.  Full protective equipment is required.

The Ball's Falls Conservation group present WomEnchant Chorus and Drummers in an evening of seasonal song and drumming on  Wednesday, December 20th, 2023, 7:00 p.m. at Ball's Falls Conservation Area, Centre for Conservation, 3292 6th Ave., Lincoln,  Tickets $25; 905-788-3135 Ext 330; Light refreshment and Silent Auction. An evening of seasonal songs and drumming at picturesque Ball's Falls.

Join us on for a Winter Solstice Concert featuring WomEnchant Chorus & Drummers; hosted by the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Foundation.

Building on the success of the first collaboration in 2019, the 2023 Winter Solstice Concert will take place in the picturesque setting of Ball's Falls Conservation Area on the verge of winter’s arrival.

Set in the beautiful Glen Elgin Room of the Centre for Conservation, magnificent views of the park will heighten your enjoyment of song and drum.

Come bask in the warmth of music and fellowship as we welcome the new season together.

Proceeds go to Niagara Peninsula Conservation Foundation, to help safeguard our natural environment for present and future generations.

Since 2014 Tara has shared the story of The Mistletoe Bride with the Niagara-on-the-Lake community. The mistletoe bride is a theatrical reading based on Jeanette Winterson's short story of the same name. It was adapted by Peter Hinton & together they created the 1st performance in 2014. It is a ghost story, a solstice story, a rite of passage story & an unconventional xmas story.

This is a pay-what-you-can event & all proceeds go to Gillian's Place.

Please Note - any donation will help make an impact. Gillian's Place offers safe, emergency shelter and support services to women,non-binary folks, & children who have experienced gender-based violence.

Local farmers proudly share the excitement and flavour of the Welland farmers market with you. Since 1907, locals and tourists visit the market each Saturday to shop for fresh fruits and vegetables, tasty meats, natural cheeses, and baked goods.

The Welland farmers market is a community place where creativity, openness, and cooperation are encouraged. Patrons and vendors treat each other with respect, and we get to celebrate the talents and expertise our local farmers and artisans bring to the market.

Step back in time to the Victorian era and see the McGregor Carollers strolling and singing Christmas carols in four-part harmony throughout Downtown Thorold.  This professionally trained quartet will not only be strolling Downtown but will also be entering Downtown businesses to help spread holiday cheer!  

Every Year we try to do something a little special for the Open Arms Mission and this year is no different. We will have a variety of musicians donating their talent for this event, and we'll be collecting non-perishable food items, basic hygiene items, and cash to help provide some much needed relief to those in need. Santa Claus will also make an appearance!!
