Stoney Creek United Church invites the community to their annual seasonal concert, Christmas In The Creek, on Sunday, December 17, 2023 at 7pm. Stoney Creek United Church is located at the corner of King Street and Lake Avenue in the heart of beautiful downtown Stoney Creek at 1 King Street West, Stoney Creek, Ontario. Enjoy music in celebration of the Christmas Season from Olivia Craig, Bill Everett, Ben Faulknor, Sheila Flis, Lennox Maximus, Voices in the Creek Choir and Voices of Niagara Choir. Concertgoers can make a contribution to a freewill offering in support of the church and its continued work for the community of Stoney Creek.

Winter Solstice with WomEnchant
An evening of seasonal songs and drumming at picturesque Ball's Falls.
Join us on for a Winter Solstice Concert featuring WomEnchant Chorus & Drummers; hosted by the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Foundation.
Building on the success of the first collaboration in 2019, the 2023 Winter Solstice Concert will take place in the picturesque setting of Ball's Falls Conservation Area on the verge of winter’s arrival.
Set in the beautiful Glen Elgin Room of the Centre for Conservation, magnificent views of the park will heighten your enjoyment of song and drum.
Come bask in the warmth of music and fellowship as we welcome the new season together.
Proceeds go to Niagara Peninsula Conservation Foundation, to help safeguard our natural environment for present and future generations.

Mistletoe Bride Performance
Since 2014 Tara has shared the story of The Mistletoe Bride with the Niagara-on-the-Lake community. The mistletoe bride is a theatrical reading based on Jeanette Winterson's short story of the same name. It was adapted by Peter Hinton & together they created the 1st performance in 2014. It is a ghost story, a solstice story, a rite of passage story & an unconventional xmas story.
This is a pay-what-you-can event & all proceeds go to Gillian's Place.
Please Note - any donation will help make an impact. Gillian's Place offers safe, emergency shelter and support services to women,non-binary folks, & children who have experienced gender-based violence.
