For the fourth year in a row, the Habitat for Humanity Niagara ReStore in Grimsby is asking customers to bring in a non-perishable food item between September 25 and October 5 in exchange for a coupon for 25% off their entire purchase. Food donations collected at the store will be distributed to GBF Community Services to help stock the shelves of their food bank.

West Lincoln Farmers' Market
The West Lincoln Farmers’ Market is held outside the West Lincoln Community Centre, at 177 West Street, in Smithville, from 3 to 7 p.m. This Tuesday will be the last one of the year! The Market will again feature local food, drink and farm vendors, plus guest art and craft vendors, set to the tune of live musical entertainment every week.

Lamplighter Tour 2023 - Live Theatre!
Lamplighter Tour 2023, is a live theatre production bringing local history to life!
In its 20th year, a project of the Rotary Club of Lincoln, four original 20 minute plays are performed using local talent. The plays provide historical content of Lincoln, and are performed in both a seated auditorium (Oct. 3) or as a walking tour and held in 4 historical buildings in Lincoln (Oct. 12-15).
This year the plays are being held at Providence Church in Beamsville (Oct. 3) and in Jordan Village at the Lincoln Museum & Cultural Centre and 2 other historical locations (Oct. 12-15). The theme this year is Moses, The Mayor, and The Medics, focusing on the lives of 4 unique Trailblazers in Lincoln.
Tickets are $35, all proceeds support projects of the Rotary Club of Lincoln, and especially kids and community programs. See website link for ticket details, sold on www.lamplightertour.com, as well as at the door on Oct. 3.

Pie Festival - Farmers Market Takeover
the St. Catharines Downtown Association and the Niagara Folk Arts Multicultural Centre take over the Farmers Market in a partnership with the City of St. Catharines on Thursday, October 5th at Market Square.
The Pie Festival runs from noon to 3 p.m. and will feature sweet and savory pies from local bakers and other small businesses. $5 from each pie sale will support local charities.
Live on the Market Stage from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. is The O'Deadly's.
While there, why not visit the Farmers Market with over 30 local food, farmers and artisans to choose from.
