  • Junk in the Trunk

    Community Garage Sale 8 am - noon. Rain or shine! Come shop, entrance is only $2 per carload with all proceeds going to the West Niagara Agricultural Society.

    Interested in being a vendor at this event? Use your spring cleaning as an opportunity to earn money on the items you don't use anymore by selling them at junk in the trunk! A 10' x 10' vendor space is only $10. Bring your own tables and chairs or sell right from your trunk. Vendor set up begins at 7am. Reserve your space now by emailing info@westniagarafair.ca

  • Port Dalhousie BWC Earth Day Spring Clean Up

    Meet your Port Dalhousie Beautification & Works Committee at Historic Lock 1, 45 Lakeport Road to help clean up our downtown community in honour of Earth Day 2024.  Gloves, bags, etc. will be provided.  The more volunteers we get, the more ground we can cover.  This is a great event for the kids (supervised by parents).  Enjoy our local venues for some great food and beverages prior and post event.

  • Earth Day Event: Urban Forest Management

    Ontariogreen, in partnership with the Town, BCACNiagara, Val Fleming Butterfly Garden, Benchlands Citizen Group, Rotary Club of Lincoln Eco, Land Care Niagara, Bruce Trail Niagara and Grimsby Environmental Network, will be hosting an Earth Day Event to educate visitors on the importance of tree care and to promote the Town’s Urban Forest Management Review.

  • Earth Day Celebration

    Join us in the Indigenous Garden for a discussion about biodiversity and the importance of maintaining native plants in our gardens.  Stick around afterwards for a mindfulness moment, where we will take time to meditate and absorb the beauty around us.

  • Afternoon Tea at Trinity United
    Selection of tea sandwiches, scones and pastries.   Wear a facinator or hat and win a prize.    Book by April 11th.

  • Memory Lab Launch and Open House (DROP IN)

    Explore the Memory Lab, an exciting new space to preserve the past for the future.

    Drop in to try the new equipment, which can be used for the following:

    • converting 8 mm film, Super 8 film, VHS, slides, photo negatives, and photos to a digital format
    • printing photos
    • restoring/improving the quality of old photographs
    • designing family trees

    Bring your questions! The Ontario Genealogical Society, Niagara Peninsula Branch will be onsite hosting a Family History Open Forum. The Friends of Lincoln’s History will also be onsite showcasing information about the local archives and answering questions about the Town’s history.

    Families can also create a family tree craft using handprints.

    The memory lab is made available for community use through the generous support of the Rittenhouse Trust.
