LPPL needs donations of healthy houseplants, if you have any leafy friends that need a new home or baby plants to share. Rooted is preferred, but cuttings are welcome. The library is also looking for donations of pots and vases.

Plants can be dropped off January 11-17.

  • Country for a Cure

Country for a Cure is a night for everyone who’s ever lost someone to cancer, for those still fighting, for those who recovered and for the families that need support.
It’s not just about the music; it’s about honouring the memories, keeping our loved one’s fights alive, and helping others who are in the same battle. The Rankin Cancer Foundation is doing incredible work, and all ticket profits will go to supporting the fight against cancer in our community. So, when you buy your ticket, know that you’re not just attending a show—you’re helping make a real difference for people who need it most.
This show features performances from Andy Colonico, Haley McNeil & Lucas Mason. All ticket proceeds will be donated to the Rankin Cancer Foundation.
