Do you love making Granny Squares, but don’t know what to do with them? Or maybe you'd like to learn how to make fun new designs? Well, you're in luck!

Participate in our Community Quilt Project, running from January 15 to March 15th. Simply bring in your 5" x 5" granny squares to add to our community-made quilt to any branch. When completed, the finished Granny Square Quilt will be donated to the Dialysis Unit at Welland Hospital, as a heartfelt gift from our community—stitching together comfort, colour, and care.

Join us at the Grimsby Museum on January 16th anytime from 11am to 2pm for drop in crafting!

Let your child explore our variety of crafting materials to create something truly unique. 

All ages are welcome! Admission by donation in support of the Grimsby Museum. Please select the amount you'd like to donate below.

Pre-registration is preferred but day of drop ins are welcome. Adults are required to remain with children for the entirety of your visit. Children can not be dropped off. 

Discover unique traditions, foods, and symbols from celebrations such as Lunar New Year, Diwali, Nowruz, and Rosh Hashanah. This craft encourages creativity, cultural awareness, and appreciation for global diversity. Hosted in partnership with Bridges Niagara.

Rocking Remedies is a live classic rock concert taking place on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at the Grantham Optimist Hall. Doors and bar open at 7:00 PM, with the performance starting at 7:45 PM. There will also be a penny raffle during the evening.

The concert features Down the Fire, a classic rock band made up of local doctors who regularly perform in support of charities and local causes - truly a prescription for the soul! 

All proceeds from the event will benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada.

Country for a Cure will feature performances from Lucas Mason (10:00-11:00pm), Jade Hilton (9:15-9:45pm), Drew Reinhardt (8:30-9:00pm), and Liv Johnston (8:00-8:20pm).
