Community Living, Grimsby, Lincoln and West Lincoln is celebrating 60 years.  As part of our 60 year celebration we have planned a Community Leap Frog Scavenger Hunt & BBQ celebrating 60 years and it's free to join. It is a virtual scavenger hunt in which 60 participants can join in on the fun with a wrap up BBQ with prizes and fun games  at the Beamsville Legion at 5545 King Street, Beamsville on Saturday, July 19th 11am -1pm.  You can find more  information  please see Facebook page – Community Living Grimsby Lincoln and West Lincoln.

This family friendly evening 15 km urban ride is not only a fun community event, but it also helps raise funds to support Bike Me Up Niagara’s mission of volunteers repairing and reconditioning donated bikes which are then offered at a low cost to their participants and lower-income families. The funds raised will go towards providing refurbished bikes at a reduced price. As well as advocating for safer, more bike-friendly infrastructure. Light up the night and pedal for a great cause!

The concept of BLACK GOLD is to illustrate in song the evolution of Motown music in 1963 hits to the current Pop hits of mega star entertainers. The early Motown songs are upbeat hand clapping tunes about romance, love, friendship and that's what the show is all about: joy, hope, uplifting entertainment. The later numbers are love songs and about happier times. The musicality of some of the songs are uncomplicated but have meaningful lyrics. Perhaps that's why they became classic hits in a golden age of music. The under lying theme of the show is about coming together, loving one another, showing kindness, and helping make the world a better place.

This talent-packed show features six highly skilled vocalists and a stalwart band of five musicians performing the golden hits of The Drifters, Martha and the Vandellas, The Four Tops,The Temptations, Donna Summer, The Supremes, Lionel Ritchie, Aretha Franklin, Barry White, Tina Turner, Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson and others.
