They will also accept new clothing items as well as nonperishable food items and toiletries. • Season of Hope at Village of Hope Niagara

Village of Hope Niagara has begun our Season of Hope campaign, working desperately through the coming weeks before the holidays, to see that our neighbours in need have what is necessary to see them through the Season of Hope, a hamper of food for a festive dinner with their children, or partners, – gifts, and most importantly, hope. Sponsorship levels of Family $250, Senior $100, or Child $50 (or other donations) enable us to share this care with our Lincoln neighbours in need

  • Edward Jones Curl For Kids Sake

Curl for Kids Sake, brought to you by Edward Jones is back on November 4th and 5th at the Grimsby Curling Club! This year we are hoping to “sweep” 28 children and youth off the waitlist to be matched with life-changing mentors.

Curl for Kids Sake is a one-of-a-kind event! It is both an important fundraiser and a fun-filled day for the participants.  We are looking for thirty-two teams (128 participants) from the professional services, businesses, service clubs, and community groups in our region to participate. The best part is, you don’t need to know how to curl!

  • St. Catharines Farmers Market

Since the early 1860s, the market has been a vibrant scene that offers fresh foods and handmade items from the local area. Visitors enjoy connecting and learning from the local vendors who grow and produce the meats, fruits, veggies and baked goods. It's a thrilling farm-to-table experience you don't want to miss!

You can find all of Niagara's bounty at the market, including:

    Farm fresh produce
    Baked goods
Pasture raised, hormone free meats including pork, chicken and beef
    Local honey and preserves
    Cured meats and cheeses
    Fresh cut flowers and plants
One of a kind artisan products

    07:00am - 02:00pm
  • Poppy Project

The Poppy Project is a collaborative community art initiative.

The project is a powerful visual statement of respect and remembrance for all those who have served our country.
