Holiday Drive
November 1st to December 15th, The Thorold Public Library is accepting new and unwrapped gifts for all ages (examples: toys for children, personal care packs or gift cards for teens, slippers or puzzles for adults). They will also accept new clothing items as well as nonperishable food items and toiletries. Please give your donation to the front desk and thank you in advance for your generosity this holiday season! Donation suggestions/most in need: - rice - canned vegetables - jams & jellies - infant diapers (size 5 & up) - personal hygiene products

2nd Annual Grimsby Glows 2023
The Rotary Club of Grimsby, with the support of the Town of Grimsby, is excited to host the 2nd annual GRIMSBY GLOWS - Pumpkin Parade Wednesday, November 1 from 5:30PM-7:30PM at Coronation Park!
FREE admission and accessible to all.
Leashed dogs are welcome.
We will be accepting loonies, toonies and $5 TipTap donations this year.
Marvel at over 400+ community carved and decorated jack-o-lanterns, as well as painted/lighted Halloween and Fall Harvest displays. Accessible to everyone of all ages and free to attend, you’ll delight in light snacks, amazing photo opportunities and maybe even a visit with our fortune teller, if you’re feeling fun
You can also join in on the pumpkin carving contest (we have a new category this year for kids 10 and under!) and/or bring your Halloween pumpkins to be composted.
